Plan My Event: real vendor matching for your next celebration

Plan My Event asks for a handful of details about what you're organizing — event type (wedding, birthday, corporate event, conference), date, city, guest count, style and budget — and turns that into a concrete plan built from real vendors already listed on FERIK Hub.

We want to be precise about what "AI-generated" means here, because it's easy to overclaim. A language model proposes a first draft, but it never invents a vendor: it picks from the same real, already-fetched shortlist of eligible FERIK Hub listings our deterministic rules use, one per required role (a wedding needs decor & styling, photography and catering, for example), and every pick it makes is re-checked against live pricing and availability before you ever see it. If the model is unavailable or its picks don't hold up to that check, the plan falls back to those same deterministic rules — the same highest-rated-eligible-vendor logic runs either way, so you never see a plan that skipped verification. The AI proposes; the rules, and real inventory, decide.

Once you have a plan, you can message any vendor directly, swap one out for another real listing, or re-check the whole plan against live pricing and availability before committing to anything — nothing stale gets carried silently into checkout. Checkout itself splits each vendor's cost into a 30% deposit and a 70% balance, so you're not asked to pay the full amount for a booking with your date still months away.
