Pricing
Trips and vendor bookings cost what the vendor charges, in ₦, with no markup from us; event tickets add a 4% booking fee. Businesses list for free and pay a flat 10% commission only when a booking is paid out.
For travellers
FERIK adds no markup or service fee to vendor prices. Event tickets carry a 4% booking fee on top of the ticket price, shown at checkout.
For trips and vendor bookings, the price you see is the price the vendor set: we do not add a markup, a service charge or a "convenience fee". Event tickets are the exception: they carry a 4% booking fee on top of the ticket price, shown at checkout.
Every price is in Naira, stated before you confirm anything, with nothing revealed at a later step.
FERIK holds your payment and pays the vendor only after the date of the service has passed, and no sooner than 7 days after you pay.
For businesses
There is no subscription and no tiered plan — Starter, Pro or otherwise. Every verified business is on the same commission, today.
Getting verified and appearing in FERIK Hub search, itineraries and Plan My Event costs nothing, with no monthly charge.
Charged only on bookings that are actually paid out. Nothing is taken on a cancellation or an enquiry that never converts.
FERIK holds the customer’s payment from the moment they pay. It becomes eligible for payout once the service date has passed, and no sooner than 7 days after payment. FERIK staff run payouts in batches, into your FERIK Wallet.
