Verified partners carry a visible trust badge, with tiers that reflect how thoroughly they've been checked and how they perform over time. If a business stops meeting our standards, that badge, and their visibility, is the first thing to go.

Payments made through FERIK run through licensed, regulated payment infrastructure and partner financial institutions in every market we operate in; we do not hold or move funds outside of those regulated channels. Wallet balances, bookings, and cross-border transfers are safeguarded through segregated accounts and reconciled continuously, so your funds are never treated as our own working capital.

All data, payment details, identity documents, personal messages, and location data, is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to sensitive systems is restricted, logged, and monitored, and we run continuous security testing to catch vulnerabilities before they become incidents.

We collect only what we need to verify you, serve you, and keep you safe; never more. We do not sell personal data. We comply with data protection regulations in every region we serve, including GDPR-aligned standards in Europe and equivalent local frameworks elsewhere, and we give you clear control over what you share and who can see it.

Every fee, booking commission, service charge, and currency exchange margin is disclosed upfront, before you pay. No surprise deductions, no rates buried in fine print.

FERIK's payments, remittance, and insurance-linked services are built to operate within the licensing and regulatory frameworks of each country we launch in, working alongside regulated banking, payment, and insurance partners rather than around them. As we expand into new countries, local compliance is a prerequisite for launch, not an afterthought.

Disputed transactions, safety concerns, and fraud reports go to a dedicated Trust and Safety team, with app tools to flag an issue, track its resolution, and reach a real person, wherever in the world you are.
